This is a translation for convenience. The Polish version (Regulamin Świadczenia Usług) is the binding one.

1. General provisions

These terms set out the rules for using the renacode.com website (the "Website") and the general terms on which RenaCode provides IT consulting and implementation services.

By using the Website or contacting us, the user fully accepts these Terms.

2. Scope of business and services

RenaCode provides technology consulting, cloud architecture (Cloud Infrastructure), deployment automation (DevOps / CI-CD) and cybersecurity (SecOps) services.

The detailed scope and terms of each service (e.g. cloud deployments or artificial intelligence integrations) are agreed each time in individual B2B (business-to-business) contracts concluded directly with Clients.

3. Copyright and intellectual property

All content, graphic designs, the logo, icons and the source code of the Website are the property of RenaCode and are protected by copyright and industrial property law.

Copying, modifying, distributing or using any element of the Website for commercial purposes without RenaCode's prior written consent is prohibited.

4. Disclaimer

The content of the Website is for information and marketing purposes only. Although every effort is made to keep it current and accurate, RenaCode is not liable for any business decisions made solely on the basis of information published on the Website.

Any service level guarantees (SLA) and the scope of operational liability are governed strictly by individual contracts with Clients.

5. Final provisions

RenaCode reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect on the day they are published on this page.

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the relevant provisions of Polish law.
